By scheduling a service with M2 Services, you ("Customer") agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms govern all residential and commercial cleaning services provided by M2 Services.
2. Services Offered
M2 Services provides residential and commercial cleaning, including:
- Standard Cleaning
- Deep Cleaning
- Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
- Post-Construction Cleaning
- Commercial/Office Cleaning
All services are subject to availability and may vary based on the scope of work agreed upon at booking.
3. Booking & Payment
- Booking Confirmation: All bookings must be confirmed via our website, phone, or email.
- Payment: Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards and electronic payments.
- Pricing: Prices are based on the size of the property and the type of service requested. Any additional work requested on-site may incur extra charges.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
- Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day rescheduling may be subject to availability and additional fees.
5. Access to Property
- Customer must ensure that M2 Services has access to the property at the scheduled time.
- If access is not provided and no prior notice is given, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure all fragile or valuable items are secured before our team arrives.
- Inform us of any specific areas or items that require special attention or should be avoided.
- Pets should be secured or kept in a designated area during the cleaning.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
M2 Services strives for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will address your concerns promptly.
8. Liability & Insurance
- M2 Services is fully insured. However, we are not liable for damage to items that are inherently fragile, improperly secured, or in a state of disrepair.
- Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of the service.
9. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
10. Changes to Terms
M2 Services reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State/Province in which the service is provided.

13. Recurring Services
- Scheduling: Recurring services (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) are scheduled in advance and will continue until canceled by the Customer.
- Cancellation of Recurring Service: To cancel a recurring service, please provide at least 48 hours' notice before the next scheduled visit.
- Price Adjustments: M2 Services reserves the right to adjust pricing for recurring services with a 30-day written notice.
14. Health & Safety
- Our team follows all recommended health and safety guidelines, including the use of appropriate cleaning products and equipment.
- Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities to cleaning products before the service.
- In the event of a health emergency or unsafe conditions at the property, our team reserves the right to pause or discontinue the service.
